Thuy Phan serves as the CFO and COO for Lumos. There she manages the business strategies, finances, and the day to day operations for the company. Ms. Phan graduated from Saint Mary’s College of California, double majored in Economics and Bio-Chemistry. In 2007, she started working for the public defender’s office for 5 years before moving to a private trust estate planning law firm. Ms. Phan continued to pursue law and focused on asset management for the next 8 years. At the firm, Ms. Phan became the Director of Finance, where she specialized in the accounting for commercial and residential properties.
